Campers registering after June 15th, please pay in full. 

Registration is open as long as space is available.

Cost is $460.00 for individual and $450.00 for team rate (10 or more players).  

For girls ages 12-18 years (6th thru 12th grade) beginners to advance!

*Online Enrollment will be accepted starting in January.  Your camp registration and $100.00 non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit will secure your reservation for the 2021 Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Camp.  An additional information packet will be emailed after registration is processed or with in two weeks following receipt of completed online registration and deposit. This packet will detail all information you will need to enjoy your week at MAFH camp.

This confirmation packet must be read  and pages 3/4 must be completed and mail and/or scan/email when completed to: Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey, LLC 50 Frog Hollow Lane Mohnton, PA 19540 or midatlanticfieldhockey@gmail.com

*If you are registering after June 15th, have misplaced your packet or are registering close to your check-in date . . . contact director for forms. This 8 page packet will give you all the information needed to attend the week long camp at MAFH. *This packet includes the legal consent form and health history  forms on page 3/4 that need to be printed, signed, filled out completely and accurately, and returned by June 15th or as soon as completed.

*Campers must have completed forms to participate in the week long camp.

Beach Break Elective

*This activity is TBD. We will update information in the spring.

Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey will offer an additional elective through Quest Adventures during our beach breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. *subject to weather.

Each session of Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Camp. Rentals are from the Cape Henlopen Fishing pier at Quest Adventures. This is approximately a quarter mile walk from Youth Camp 2. *MAFH staff will escort and supervise campers on this elective.

  • I WILL REQUEST A SAFETY/INSTRUCTION PRESENTATION
  • IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS
  • I CAN SWIM THE AMERICAN CRAWL 100 YARDS
  • I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SEARCH AND RESCUE FEES
  • I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT RENTED AND WILL REIMBURSE QUEST IF EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED OR STOLEN

UMPIRE ACADEMY APPLICATION

An umpire academy will not be offered in 2021.

Umpire Clinician Steve Horgan - USAFH Director Of Umpires.

From Wilmington, Del., Steve began playing hockey with a women's team in Delaware and eventually found a men's team based out of Lehigh Valley, Pa. He played for about three years before he started officiating, with aspirations to umpire internationally. He attended the University of Delaware and began an Electrical Apprenticeship after he graduated. He has been a certified electrician for more than 30 years. In his role with USA Field Hockey, he is responsible for everything umpiring. He enjoys working for the organization because of the dedicated people.
