Residential/Day Camp @ Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, DE

Campers registering after May 1st, please pay in full. Registration is open as long as space is available.

Cost is $400.00 for individual and $385.00 for team rate (10 or more players).

Day Camper rate is $300.00

*Enrollment will be accepted starting December 1st. This camp application and $100.00 non refundable deposit will secure your reservation for the 2012 Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Camp. Additional information packet will be mailed following receipt of completed application and deposit. This packet will detail all information you will need to enjoy your week at MAFH camp.

*Available in June - this confirmation packet will be sent to campers in early March or with in two weeks after application is received at MAFH..

* If you are registering after June 30th, please download forms to complete and sign. Pages 3/4 Legal Consent and Health form are due at check-in on Sunday. Campers must have completed forms to participate in the week long camp.

This is the confirmation packet you will receive after you register for Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Camp.
If you have misplaced your packet or are registering close to your check-in date . . .download this packet or contact director for forms. This 10 page packet will give you all the information needed to attend the week long camp at MAFH. *This packet includes the legal consent form and health history form (pages 3 and 4) that must be received before your week of camp or at Sunday check-in.

Check out this great article featuring the coaches and goalies who study and play under the guidance of Conestoga Valley High School (Lancaster, Pennsylvania) Head Coach Lee Gerdes. Coach Gerdes is a graduate of West Chester University where she was a national championship goalie and is a coach at Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Camp.
